Executive Team
Murugan Swaminathan
TECINFO is built on a strong engineering foundation backed by the values and business ethics. Murugan’s career has taken him across multiple geographies, allowing him to embrace diverse cultures, perspectives, and ways of doing business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a ton of experience in handling various clients, projects and teams.
John Sandeep
Before his tenure at Tecinfo, John spent two decades with various organisation such as Cyient, Segula, B/E Aerospace, Deloitte, Skillsoft. John was associated with various domains such as Aerospace, Rolling stock, Medical, Special purpose Machines and Automotive. He actively contributes his insights and expertise as a senior member to various delivery activities.
John holds a master’s degree in engineering from JNTU with aerospace structure as specialisation. He also holds a Diploma in Management and PMI certified Project Management professional.
Mary Shushma
Coming to Non-IT she has vivid experience of supporting financial and other support function related requirements. She has strong experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
She is a good communicator and a negotiator. She has filled the talent gaps in the organization for various levels starting from fresher to Senior Executives and Managerial Levels. With her recruitment strategies and go-getting attitude, she helped various clients and Organizations to fill their Talent Gaps. She always guided the clients in a way to reduce the waste in terms of process, schedule and cost. Always have a strong inclination towards the quality of the service and follower of Lean.
Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from JNTU with IT as specialisation. She holds rich experience in programming and testing as well in her service apart from the Staffing.
